But if by end of next week still no shipping confirmation, then I will cancel it.
They seem new to business. Open communication with their customers would go a long way. They should have been updating by email all orders.
I hope they learn a lesson if they want to be successful long term.
Farbeit for me to give anyone **** but, they really HAVE been communicated openly with their customers...as it says right on their website: free shipping within the United States. ships: 2-4 weeks
We've all emailed them and asked for a shipping timeframe, even though the website already says that, and if they made ANY mistake it was saying that they expected them to go out this week - now since they've been delayed they get to hear complaining, whereas had they just said "as it says on the website, 2 - 4 weeks" they would have been fine: hell if it DID ship this week they would have been HEROES for shipping their stuff out 3 1-3 weeks ahead of schedule.
