I agree with this statement. Also changing people without sending a confirmation email or anything besides a vague response is not the way to get your product and company started. let's hope they are just busy and things will improve.
The matte looks best on the black bumper while the chrome looks best on the white...just my thoughts.
For the record I ordered a black bumper w/ matte latch with both back plates for my iPhone 4S.

Oops. Didn't mean I was out right now, just foretelling of what may happen this weekend. I actually did go clubbing last weekend, got extremely wasted, but through it all I remembered to always have a tight grip on my phone or tuck it safely in my pocket. Managed to get in a fight. Woke up the next morning with blood on my clothes. Checked my phone carefully - perfectly fine!

They say that the 32$ shipping option is the only one at the moment but they are looking to supply resellers in the uk in the near future.
I'm still debating whether to drop the money on this it's 60£ altogether which is a little high for me for a case.

They could use USPS to ship it cheaper assuming they're using someone else.

They seem new to business. Open communication with their customers would go a long way. They should have been updating by email all orders.
I hope they learn a lesson if they want to be successful long term.
These things happen... I ordered with it saying 3+ weeks, I'm grateful that they're trying to make it less than that, but I'm prepared to wait the time that they advertised on the website when I gave them my money...
I haven't lifted in months and I overdid it yesterday and I can barely extend my arms today. Looking at your name... I realized I needed just that.
I made a mistake on putting the wrong state for shiping but the rest is correct. Send them a email yesterday for that to be corrected. Hopefully I hear from them today. I still have mine iphone 4 with a Apple bumper so I don't mind waiting 3 weeks. Mine order said 2-3 weeks delivery. crossing my finger.
