I've bought 4 black Graft Leverage cases, and never had any issues with them. My only wish is that there are integrated buttons for the silent/volume buttons.

After trying out a Graft in the Apple store (not sure if I was allowed to do that, but nobody was paying attention to me when i needed help lol) and this was a big complaint for me. I spend a lot of time on conference calls for work and turn the volume up and down constantly to hear what is going on. This case would be tough to use due to the deeply recessed buttons. A big, lazy cutout seems a bit substandard on such an expensive case.

heh tons of us have mentioned that dating back to November at least of last year and since then the only difference is the price (previously 59.99) and the rerelease of the white case.

Still a valid complaint. :p I refused to spend $60 (back then) on an unknown case with a number of issues, and I'm glad I didn't. I just didn't have the opportunity to hold one in my hand until yesterday.

Agreed.

I use my phone too for conference calls, but surprisingly, I just got used to it. Still would be nice have dedicated buttons if we're spending $50 on a case.

I just got one a few weeks ago from my local Apple store. I have a scratch on the top of my phone on the metal band now, but I'm not too worried.

I just got it from graft concept since there are several version of white leverage case around. I like it since it doesn't degrade my AT&T signal with awesome look like Aluminum case. The only concern is durable of case itself since it is kind of plastic, we will see that when using a while.

I was just wondering about how well the current version holds up against drops. I currently have a speck candyshell, but the plastic by the bottom has cracked and a piece has come off, plus it has that eraser effect problem.

By looks alone, it doesn't seem like the Graft leverage can stand up to drops as well, but I think it would put me at ease to know that in general, there haven't been serious problems.

Dropped mine from about 6 feet onto concrete today. Not a scratch to the phone. I got the glossy white and it doesnt look like the case was damaged either. The drop did jar open the latch though.

Hey guys! Just found out that you can save 20% off your purchase today on at Graft Concepts. Just use the code WEEKEND20 at checkout.

Here's the link where I found this out:

Thanks, good to know. I forgot about the latch. I imagine a hit at a bad angle might make it unworkable. I have a tendency to swipe my phone off tables by accident, so I guess I'll think about it. I still like the look though!

I've had mine for about 2-3 weeks and today the matte finish of the bumper part started peeling. I bought it at the Apple store so I'm hoping they'll let me exchange it.

wow, that sucks! Was it dropped ? What are the gouges from ?
No, it wasn't dropped. I was playing basketball and noticed a part was peeling and as I used it throughout the day it started peeling more.
It's not gouged, it's just the light reflecting off the undercoat that's shiny

I'm going to stop by the Apple store tomorrow and try to exchange it. I've read previous posts about this happening so I'm pretty certain I'll be able to get a new one, if not from Apple, then from Graft.

Sure hope they give you a new one. Does any one know if this happens only on the matte or are the glossy ones affected as well ? Ive used mine (glossy white) for a little more than 2 weeks now, and I dont have these issues after sliding my phone in and out of my tight jeans pockets several times a day. fingers crossed.

I hope they make a version for the iPhone 5.

In other news, I've had mine for months now and I am not starting to notice that the matte finish is wearing out in the corner edges. It's very subtle so not a deal breaker for me.

I'll be on my 5th case - sleep/wake button fell out on me again. I love the design and feel of the case, though.

Hopefully they'll make one for the next iPhone.

They said the Apple warranty was 2 weeks, but I bought it on Aug 25, so they let me exchange it anyway.

I have had this case for almost a full year now. Still love it.

The matte finish is wearing off on the back edge of the lever where my thumb rests. No other issues. Would definitely buy again.

Well my Graft Concept Leverage lost it's button last week, and I noticed that there is a crack forming on a bottom corner.
I rarely remove it so it's a bit disappointing.

Funny thing is Graft have not yet responded to my email, yet they were initially very responsive on twitter that they would respond ASAP.

I'll give them another week and see if they respond...

^^^ Ive dropped mine at least 6-7 times on to tile and concrete floors from 5-6 feet and there are no cracks. It does have some chips and gouges though, but they are not really visible unless you look closely, since the glossy white hides them well. Guess Ive been lucky. Im pretty impressed with the durability of the case and how good it looks after Ive dropped it so many times. Definitely worth the money.
