Hi Guys, I don't know if I'm on the right thread, but I bought an Indigo Clamshell last week from a guy who claimed it was 466 MHZ, it was a sweet deal (45 Euros), and the computer seemed in good shape so I went for it, and then I got it and... surprise, specs are indeed 466 MHz, I checked all over to find some informations about an Indigo SE but couldn't find any, anybody has any idea of what I just bought?
thanks

I'd like to see a few more photos for extra clarity, but it appears to me that you have a 466 MHz 'Graphite' SE and not an indigo - which came in a 366MHz firewire flavour.
The apple logo on the lid appears it may have come from an Indigo, as the colour is a brighter blue than the original Graphite Apple logo.
On my own 466 SE firewire Graphite, the Apple and leaf logo are missing, and to date I've never been able to find a replacement.
The 466MHz Clamshell runs OS 10.4.11 Tiger quite comfortably, but ideally would need more RAM than at present. Mine is maxed at 576MB with a single 512MB PC100 - 144pin SO-DIMM stick.
At 45euros your purchase was a steal - if in good order. That's what I paid for mine too approx 2 years ago. (;-))

The handle also appears to be indigo. Might be a cut and shut job. Best way to find out is to install OS9, preferably from the correct install disks. The OS queries details from the firmware and automatically sets the colour scheme to match that of the (original) clamshell colour.

Oh yes, that's a brilliant idea to check the matching color scheme when booting into MacOS9.
Maybe it's key-lime ;)
This apple stem replacement would make your Clamshell look even more colorful ...
