Graphics Garbage after 10.6.3 update

So weird though that the old card worked fine in 10.6.2 but not in 10.6.3

IMO it's just coincidence. These ATI 2600 are really crappy cards. Average lifetime of 2600 in Mac Pro is about 1 - 1.5 year.

Yea probably the case, I'll probably upgrade to a better card soon.
