yeah! but Smoking isn't the only thing giving people cancer, that turkey you just ate sure helps, meat, dairy, cows milk - ya calves!.
But yeah smoking - I recently went to Vienna the airport stinks, cigarette smokers everywhere in that grubby airport, nice city apart from the smokers, I'm sure Hungary stinks too, europe needs a zero tolerance for public smoking.
Why do all smokers look like poor losers ?

Graphisofts Software Archicad, is one of the ugliest looking apps for the mac. For Architects the BIM Model may be good, but in comparison to autocad/rhino it's also absolutley awkward and confusing, making drawing plans super super difficult. Good job on that ugly statue too, Graphisoft!

Ex-smokers are the worst kind....

here in the UK the anti-smoking groups want to stop smokers from smoking IN THEIR OWN CARS! I like smoking, if you don't then don't stand near me... I am an incredibly handsome man however...

Thats was the 'best' pose they could find to make a permanent statue??? I bet Steve would want it melted down and used for something useful.

Where's the Love?

I don't know why there is so much negativity about this statue. It shows Steve walking, which he is famous for doing. He is obviously depicted as animated which Steve was. He is holding an iPhone which is his greatest legacy. He is holding four fingers up to remind us of the four "i" products he created, iMac, iPod, iPhone and iPad. He is depicted in his "uniform." I don't know what more you want. It is a bronze statue and not a marble one which presents some limitations. This company had a relationship with Steve that goes back to 1984. I don't see why it seems inappropriate for them to be first. I think it is very appropriate. Lighten up a little. :)

Posts like this just kill me, (unlike cigarettes as yet). Alcohol causes far more deaths than smoking and is still legal in public, there is fall out from alcohol although not airbourne like smoke.
How many people are unfit to drive after a cigarette, or go home and beat their partners, or stand on my bloody expensive shoes in the club as they stagger all over the place etc etc.......?

Are we sure that's not supposed to be a statue of Richard Dreyfuss?
