Just (finally) got shipping notification. No ETA for delivery though.

Took 12 days from when I received the first shipping email until delivery.

Ordered mine in April and it has yet to ship.

They seem to be going in order of backer number and also color ordered. This means if they got a bunch of blue ones to the factory and you are next in line and ordered grey, they will ship the blue to the next person after you who ordered that color. I ordered in late February and just got mine about 10 days ago. So you may have a while to wait yet. It definitely sounds like they overestimated how fast the factory could produce these units.

God. I'm not mad about the delay, they just need a PR person.

I have also noticed the watch tends to slide down off the puck and stop charging whenever I have my 3rd party link band (which is quite a bit heavier than my other bands) attached.

Thanks for pointing that out, I didn't notice it was raised up that far. Since I'm using my Apple link bracelet almost exclusively, that's probably enough of a reason to avoid the Slicecharge Pro and go for the Nomad Base Station, even though that one has issues with having to place the phone carefully in a certain position.

Mine is on the way and i’m quite relieved after reading the comments here.
Are you sure it is Qi certified?

Yeah the AW puck on the Nomad looks to be a bit closer down to the base than what we have on the SliceCharge. It also looks like it's tilted back a bit rather than being completely vertical like I have mine. That probably helps too. I'm going to experiment with tilting the charger on the SliceCharge back a bit since it's adjustable and see if that helps any.

I'm not sure it is. There is nothing on the packaging that says it's Qi certified. It does explicitly say the Apple Watch puck is a MFi certified puck from another manufacturer. It doesn't say anything about the coils for the phone and AirPods. All that being said, I've been using mine for over a week and haven't had any instances of anything not charging properly or getting abnormally warm. I think it's probably fine to use.

I very much doubt it is Qi certified. They were asked about it many times on Kickstarter and Indiegogo and initially said they were pending certification, before changing to saying certification is challenging as no design with overlapping coils has been certified to date (which btw is incorrect, while it lacks an Apple Watch puck, Choetech has a Qi certified charger with a very similar coil arrangement to the slicecharge pro: https://ichoetech.com/products/choetech-powerdual-five-coil-casual-wireless-charger).

Had they eventually gotten a cert they would most certainly have added a comment to the webpages ans displayed it on the box.

Received shipping notification last Wednesday. Received the Pro today (Monday). Not bad.

Tested it out briefly. Charges watch (S4) and two phones. Does get warm.

Still don’t think I will ever do business with this company again.

Got my Slicecharge Pro on Monday as well (ordered on Indiegogo). Very light use for now but it does seem to work fine and to charge the phone at a good speed. Also find it a bit hot though but to be fair I don’t have another multi-device mat to compare with).

I would also say that while it does *look* good, when you touch/grab it the feel of the materials and weight make it feel a bit cheap to me. And I am also a bit concerned about the lack of Qi certification.

All in all, I’ll see how it goes but like you I don’t think I will deal with that manufacturer again. And I see they are now charging 130 USD for it on their website - I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone at that price for as long as it is not Qi certified (and even if it was, at that price range I’d go for the Nomad option which while slightly lacking in functionality is in a completely different league in terms of built quality and trustworthiness).

Just had an occurrence today of my AirPods getting very hot on the Slicecharge Pro, with the charge level barely moving after an hour on it (and no other device being charged). A bit concerned about this :-s

Did anyone else have a similar issue?

My SliceCharge pro Would not charge my Apple Watch. I contacted them and they offered me 50% towards the next SliceCharge model or a 30% refund. I accepted neither and using PayPal to get a refund

My SliceCharge 2 did the same thing and they offered the same thing. I refused as well.

My SliceCharge Pro charges my watch without issue.

As I said, I sent mine back and just found out through tracking that they refused to accept the return so obviously their after sales support sucks. PayPal are refunding my money.
I won’t be purchasing from that bunch of cowboys again

Been having a bit of back and forth with them. They sent me the wrong colour (I ordered grey, received white) so I asked them to send a replacement. They want me to pay return shipping for the incorrect item. Not happening, I said I'd like the correct colour to be sent to me and I'll send back the incorrect one when it arrives. Haven't heard anything since (been 9 days).

Absolute joke of a company. First time using Indiegogo and most likely the last because of this. Stupidly used my credit card rather than Paypal so can't even ask for a refund.

Sorry so many people are having issues with this product and company. I would have never recommended it if I'd know they acted as shady as they seem to be. Mine is still working really well and sorry for those that have had issues.

I haven't done anything since chucking my SliceCharge back at the supplier. I am going to hold fire for the keynote as I am wondering the Series 5 watch may adopt the same QI wireless charging solution as the IPhone and Airpods rather than a puck. 9to5Mac is suggesting that IPhone 11 is rumoured to be able to charge both the Airpods and Apple Watch 5 so AW5 would have to have QI charging capabilities

I'm hesitant to think the iPhone will be able to charge the Apple Watch, but we'll see I guess.

Finally got mine yesterday, it got stuck at US customs for a week.

Works great charging 2 devices and my AW S4 at the same time.

Has anyone else got this and using it to charge the Airpods Pro? Mine seems to be struggling. A couple times now I’ve woken up and the case has actually discharged about 30% while its been on ‘charge’. I wonder if the coil for the Airpods case is so small and precise that the Pro case just isn’t hitting it and is working so hard to find it that its losing charge?

I hate to say it but I'll NEVER buy anything from kickstarter. I got burned by a "company" that took my money and sent me 1/2 a product that didn't actually work. Asked for a refund and they never gave it, just sent my the 1/2 of the product that I already had. Sounds like this is the same basic thing. Stick with brand name from a reputable, easily returnable seller.
