Just keep the prices lower for the entire holiday season. Enough with the green and black and cyber days. In fact, have days like this throughout the year to encourage buying them. People are going to buy for Christmas anyway!

I’ve heard that if something ships by the 20th, you will get it by Christmas.
I only trust and have faith in UPS in shipments and the rest of the other shippers I don't trust. It would be great if the prices continued from Black Friday but we know that is a rarity.

More like "Today is just another opportunity day to get people to spend their money on junk they don't really need except we made up a special name for it day."
I thought about getting the Homepod but I'll wait. Usually when I have time to wait, I usually change my mind and end up not buying. More time to think rationally? :D

Christmas 2019
If shipped by USPS, then defin

Agreed, price is the main source of hate. The thing sounds INCREDIBLE, the bass is amazing for such a small footprint. HomeKit requests work on ours.

I meant that i would expand into buying some homekit accesories in the future. The sound is about as good as you can get currently with one of these tiny single enclosure speaker systems—and the bass is wild, it literally shakes the floors—but it doesnt impress me too much, given that I built a home setup with an amp and two speakers and an echo dot for $500 that crushes it. But I do like homepod for what it is

These American sales days are spreading like the plague.

First Black Friday, then Cyber Monday (for electronics).. now this.

Any excuse to be a good little capitalist.

It's so stupid that I got airfare discounts for Cyber Monday sales.

Don't even get me started on Valentines Day.. where you really don't love someone unless you buy them stuff.

And a US-only thing, typically.

Back here in Blighty (and rest of EU), you'd be lucky to get a fiver off anything Apple.

I took advantage of the savings over suggested retail price on the Home Pod and the Beats Studio headphones. Purchased both of my older children the Beats Studio wireless last Christmas. 350 days later after both of them have used them EVERY day - and enjoyed them immensely - I purchased one for me just now at reduced price. They tell me the battery life is amazing, the sound is very good & no issues whatsoever with connectivity. I got the Home Pod for my son who has been wanting one since they came out. If he likes it I will purchase another and let him use it with his Apple TV 4K Everyone I have talked to who owns Home Pod likes them. But I dont run in the audiophile crowd or the crowd that likes to have AI devices assisting them. "Siri play Dave Brubeck or Siri play the Doors" etc. is all he will be using the Home Pod for at first...

Couldn't resist. Went to Target and picked up a 6th gen iPad for $249. This was the fastest I have ever spent $250. I walked in, told the sales guy what I wanted, he went to the case and grabbed the last iPad in space gray, I paid, and was out the door in less than 5 minutes total. Now it sits under the tree until xMas.

I can do this I know I can. Wait, I think I hear the iPad calling my name from under the tree...

I am coming from an iPad mini 4 confiscated by my granddaughter. Hope the 6th gen is an upgrade. War Robots here I come.

Be careful, I guess Target is doing the ol switcharoo on iPads and dishing out 2017 models to unsuspecting customers.

Box says iPad (6th Generation) Wi-Fi. Model MR7F2LL/A. Hope it's the latest one. Have not opened it yet. Will wait for Xmas.

You still have to be smart about shopping even on Amazon and the big box stores. I will sometimes monitor the price on something I am interested in, watch it go up, and then go on "sale" advertised at the regular price from several months ago. Can't fool me. Ha.

I tried all day to snatch an iPad mini 4 128gb at Best Buy for $249 and it was sold out. Couldn’t make the purchase. Right after midnight the price went back to $399 and it was again available. Rip off.
