GP didn't work for me either. Neither did LR. I eventually restored again via TinyUmbrella with a brand new 4.1 firmware DL. I deleted GP, and re-downloaded. JB worked perfectly from there. If all else fails, delete everything and do it again

Hm - odd. I assume my issue was with the firmware (I may have gotten it from a bad source - tried another source and it worked fine). It could very well be that it was not the JB tool thad had issues. Either way, I would recommend deleting and reinstalling/restoring everything (iOS, AND JB tool) and going from there.
