Has anyone tried putting the Wave on over a shield-type product (IS, Ghost Armor, Bodyguardz etc.)? Does the case still close/fit properly?

I'm planning to put Ghost Armor on the back (only) of my phone, but would still like a more protective case for occasional use.

I have bodyguardz on it right now with the wave case. It's fine. Just snugger. Was thinking of removing the backing and just use the screen protector.

Thanks - I was hoping that would be the case. I've got the Elan Form at the moment and reports are that it won't fit over a shield of any sort (except on the front of course). I'm increasingly leaning toward a shield for day to day use, with the Wave or similar when in 'risky' environments (crowded pubs, etc.) where it may end up on the floor.

The wave is nice, but I feel that it's too slick compared to other cases. That's just my two cents on it.

Bought the Wave yesterday, wasn't too sure at first, now I have to say it is growing on me. Was a bit fiddly to snap together, I found placing the iPhone in the top half of the case and then fitting the bottom half was a lot easier.

The screen protector is a bit useless, will be replacing that.

I don't find it too slippery, it's perfect. I had an Incase copy for my old iPhone and it was very annoying trying to get that out of my pocket.

I ordered the Griffin Wave for wife and myself. On the original iPhone we both used the Agent 18 and thought that it was sufficient for protection and enought grip not to easily drop of the phone. The Griffin Wave is AWESOME.... bought the white one for wife and the black for mine. Just the right amount of grip and easily slips in and out of pocket being not to rubbery

Graphite Wave

I picked up the Griffin Wave yesterday for my Black iPhone...I really like it a lot and I'm not a fan of any cases (owned my 1st gen iPhone for a year and had no case on it ever).
