Since Grok includes digesting posts on X (formerly Twitter, as I've yet to see anyone point out) to generate its responses, that will give it a lot more "content" to have to waste time processing to separate truth from lies, misinformation, and claims that are just wrong. Though of course any AI that also scours the rest of the Internet to add to its database has a similar additional burden.

But I wonder if Grok's additional burden is magnified, if Musk weights his own posts, and those of people he agrees with, more heavily for generating Grok's responses.

I already banned Musk whatever he makes or involved into, America should do the same.

The guy is a security threat and so is Mark Zuckerberg, Google, TikTok and the like.
If only it was that easy, if you are going to ban or avoid everything that Musk, Google, Meta have their hands into, you would be using very little.

I have a Android based phone, so avoiding Google is not possible, but I have cut down on using services, Meta, I have taken Faceache off my phone, only have the messenger part on. I have a peek at Faceache once or twice a day now on my computer.

Musk stuff I can avoid to a certain degree, and do, sadly other services I use have donated to Trump and while Trump have nothing to do with my country, I still hate him and also Musk, should mind his own business.

They has not delivered yet (not on Elon‘s robo-taxi/FSD promises anyway).

Full Self-Driving (Supervised)“ is an Oxymoron:

„Autopilot and Full Self-Driving (Supervised) are intended for use with a fully attentive driver, who has their hands on the wheel and is prepared to take over at any moment. While these features are designed to become more capable over time, the currently enabled features do not make the vehicle autonomous.“

That’s not a robo-taxi.
That‘s cars with assisted-driving features.
Technically true. FSD has way more capability seemingly than other autonomous systems, even where the manufacturer has accepted liability.
Based on Elon‘s public claims and Tweets, it was as good as ready and capable of driving autonomously.
Over promise and under deliver like almost everything these days?

As someone who also read a lot of Heinlein, and used Linux as a kid, I'm annoyed we are just letting him have 'grok' and 'X'.
Elon must have bought that domain name prior to 1999 when he started the X.com online banking. I wondered what he paid for it back then. We know he had to buy the domain name back from PayPal in 2017 and presumably paid quite a bit for it. But of course at that point he was super rich.

For what it is worth, I just call it Twitter. And I wish the talking heads on TV would just call it Twitter and ignore the corporate rebranding nonsense.

I use FSD almost daily in heavy city congestion driving and on the freeway and I can say with certainty that it’s reached a point that it’s a better ‘driver’ than the vast majority of others on the road. It actually STOPS at stop signs. It stops at red lights and doesn’t blow through them. It watches for pedestrians without trying to flatten them out of ‘me first!’ Mentality, etc. Cry over Elon while being an adult and lose sleep at night, that’s your choice. FSD is solid and quite amazing.

With that said, Grok is kind of a joke and I really didn’t care for it at all. Even with paid version, they limit you in your prompts and photo generation, etc quite severely.

Accidents kill people everyday with people driving. Fsd supervised has a better record than people driving. Maybe we should ban people from driving.
Thank you, that's a great idea. This country is far too enmeshed with cars and need to switch to a better infrastructure

Oh Wow, a Forbes article. Super unbiased and credible.
Here you have the "Government requesting censorship" and you don't even realize how big a problem THAT is.
The point is under Musk Twitter has complied to more take down requests, which contradicts to your post about him caring about free speech.
