Don't drive angry!

I just love the scenes where he kills himself, especially when he goes and gets the toaster and drops it into the tub. I laugh every time. I'm not sure, but I probably need to have a session with mscriv about finding suicide so funny.

No session needed my friend, you are just fine. And before you ask, the answer is yes, I can diagnose over the internet, I'm that good! :D

In truth, deriving pleasure from intended comedy and entertainment about the dark sides of humanity, inappropriate behavior, social ills, or "evil" is perfectly normal and could even be argued as potentially beneficial from a stress relief perspective. The caveat to this statement is that the person can't be psychotic or delusional. Obviously if you can't distinguish fantasy from reality then it is important to limit exposure to certain things.

Case in point, I love the scene in High Fidelity when John Cusack totally visualizes he and his friends beating up Tim Robbin's character. Violent fantasy in the movies is entertaining and quite funny. Violent fantasy in real life can be a sign of potential trouble and there's nothing funny about it when real violence occurs as a result.

Yeah not sure which groundhog to listen to... I understand it might be 6 more weeks of winter in New York and in PA they are looking forward to spring...

Don't these groundhogs communicate with each other before going public?
