Running with just -u and -p is a standard RDP session. the -A is what makes it run in seamless. If it doesn't even connect then there's nothing that can be done.
I'm not surprised seamless doesn't work with win 10. Seamless has been ignored for years as RemoteApp is the standard way to deliver single applications over RDP. Unfortunately we cannot use that on powerpc.
