Just went to the Apple website and my iPhone air and MagSafe battery I collected on the launch day are showing as not eligible for return?

The AirPods that were delivered the same day are showing as eligible though.

Glitch on their system? I’m way within the 14 day return window, not sure if anyone’s had this issue before. The guy in the store was having issues getting my collection to go through as well - not sure if that’s caused some issue

Every iPhone Air sold by Apple is still within the 14 return window.
If you have an Apple Store near you, they will accept your return. Call AppleCare otherwise and they will also help process a return. Do you want to return it?

Second this. The website sometimes goes based on how long the device has been shipped sometimes, but you can return it to a local Apple Store with online purchases if you are unable to do it yourself.

Call Apple or start an iMessage chat with them! Their customer service people are super helpful always. Failing that, try your luck in a store. The store staff are always excellent in my experience!

Yep get that sorted ✔️!!!! They should be able to correct the details asap

Thanks all. I shall get in touch with them tomorrow, as their help is closed now. I also have a store locally to return in person too

Just weird how the store shows the two items from that collection as both not eligible for return!

Any update? Were you able to request a return or able to return it at the Apple Store? I was able to initiate the return on apple.com and got the shipping label, in which I will be shipping my 17 pro max 256 GB DB back to apple.

Yeah they were able to initiate return online for me!

The battery life has been too low for me. I drive to work and wireless CarPlay means I lose about 20% just getting to work.
ah makes sense. my car doesn't even have carplay and ialways have it on a charger in my car anyways lol i been ending the day at around 50-60% with my air

Interesting, dont understand why a car manufacturer would give you wireless CarPlay and not a wireless phone charger in the car. I recently got a dongle off of Amazon that gives me wireless CarPlay, yay mean when I purchased the dongle I also purchased a wireless MagSafe car mount. So now when I hop in my car, I have wireless CarPlay and my phone charges via the car mount.

Hey, just a heads-up: Apple Maps can be a battery hog! To preserve your iPhone’s battery life, either plug it in via the USB-C port or use a wireless charger.

If you’re not using either of those or your car does not have it, a charging mount could be a great solution!
