I'm a dude with diamond earrings and they scratch the crap out of screen protectors I used before the invisible shield . I've seen iPhones scratched by girls earrings all the time. So it's just not the rings that you need to watch out for.

I am not cool enough to wear earrings, so guess I am lucky.

SGP Ultra fine and Desmay case. As minimal as it gets with at least some pocket protection.

I took my PowerSupport HD off, mainly because it was looking ratty, but I use a Griffin Survivor, so it has a protector built in.

I definitely recommend a screen protector.

Take this:
- Stupidly put phone in same pocket as keys
- Go on a walk
- Keys scratch screen so badly, can hardly read anything on screen
- Take off screen protector, not a mark on phone
- ???
- Profit!

If you're going to get them, just make sure you get both your ears done, or else dudes everywhere will start hitting on you.

Both is now in? 15 years ago 'straight' was the left ear, both were for homosexuals. No offense to any.

I've never used any screen protector on my 4S and previous 2 iPhones, and there isn't any scratch on all of them. Do you rub your phone's screen against sandpaper?
Did your iPod have a plastic screen or a glass screen?

I put it in my pocket like a normal person. Not sure what the iPod had, irrelevant really, as either can be scratched.

The general consensus is that right is for super gays, left is alright and both is alright.

Either that, or I've made a terribly embarrassing mistake, lol.
