remembered some friends went as super mario bros and then teenage mutant ninja turtles... went all out, full body costumes etc

I went as someone in the shower a couple years ago. Pretty simple. Just a shower curtain and rings, a hula hoop, a funnel, a couple pieces of PVC, a backpack, and some slippers. You're good to go.

Do you think dressing as the guy in the Mac ads would be too lame?

Hmm, I saw a Jigsaw costume from the movie Saw that looked pretty cool but I'm not sure if I want to have a mask. That would get kind of uncomfortable.

I was really looking forward to dress like a pregnaet NUN, but the I saw the film Stepbrothers (will ferrel) and I just want to be chewaca

I think I am going with this from the movie "Weather Man":

Now, does anyone know where I could find a bow relatively cheap that looks like that and also where I can get a quiver that has a strap to put on your back?

in all my working years, i've never participated in any sort of halloween dress-up thing for work. however, this year i decided to throw caution to the wind and picked up a set of scrubs. to pass the afternoon, i plan on trying to convince one or two coworkers that a lobotomy would be in their best interest. :p

why do customs have to be offensive to be funny?

anyways, i think 'scary' costumes are kinda boring and overdone, so i'd go for funny or original, best if homemade.
or something of the frontpage. An original/funny take on the chilean miners would be cool, for example

show your creativity.

edit: what happened to the (recent) posts before mine??? weird

I apologise in advance for this man's visage.

I just took what Google had to offer.

Can anyone think of one more frightening to a trick-or-treater in the neighbourhood??
