Can I get a partial write off on my taxes since part of the money is going to a charity?

It's red and white because Product Red has the red and white theme.
Yes, red and black is fancy too. But that's why it's red and white.

Thank you!

I'd have bought an 7 plus if it had a black front option. Reds my colour, but I don't like white fronts on these kinds of devices.

To me Apple did not sweat the details on this, it should have been offered in both a white face or a black face this would have brought in more sales especially since this is to benefit a cause. In addition, they should have included a red ring on the home button to further accentuate the exclusiveness to this iPhone.

Like it said...Apple did not sweat the details, just another iPhone on the production line...just in red.

Let's be honest: I like the Red iPhone. I have been thinking about buying it. But I did not. The reasons why: I have a iPhone 7 Plus 256GB+ matte black that I had to swap 4 times. Moreover, the front is white, whilst I have a black front now. And I am already wearing the (PRODUCT)RED RED silicon case on it. Also, there is no reference to the PRODUCT-red. Yes, the background is red and there is a logo on the backside of the smartphone. But that's all. What's visually in it for you when you are using the phone? Nothing. Not even the Touch ID-ring is red (which would have been very sexy!)

I decided to keep my money for the iPhone 8. I used the RED iPhone 7 launch as a good practice to get into the registration form ASAP. Then I might have more chance for the iPhone 8 when it comes out in limited stock.

Not a fan of the black and red comments. Just think black and red seems "gloomy" when it comes to (PRODUCT)red items. That's probably why it was not an option. Nor has Apple ever offered a black front on a colored back.

I will agree with the comments regarding the ring not matching the back. That to me just seems lazy. All other color ways have matching rings/backs. Why they didn't with this is beyond me. I guess it was cheaper to use an existing front than to add another line for it. Again, lazy.

With that ring red the phone it would have looked like a toy. Silver matches white color...

So we wait 65 seconds to see that it'll look like every other iPhone once it's in a case.

Do we really need a hands on video for a phone that is a different color? Jet RED! Apple could do so much more with a special edition like this, but they took the easiest method and didn't put any additional design into it.
What like building completely new tooling? I don't think so.

Still only two color iphones..black or white. Some of you are funny with this obsession about what color the back is. Have to give credit to Apple for making you care though.

Red and white of course because iOS has a white theme, directly linked to the screen technology currently in use. Red and white simply looks better with a white theme on a LED screen.

Red and black will be the color scheme for a possible AMOLED device with a dark GUI theme.

This is just Apple, doing Apple-y things.
