Mine have not. I ordered on April 30. Just received the following communication from them though:

Dear Valued Customer,
I would like to first express that I am sorry for the delay of your Comply™ Tips for the AirPods Pro. We underestimated the demand for this product by a significant margin and are working around the clock to increase production capacity. We also made a mistake by not communicating effectively with our customers and setting proper expectations. We have gotten our “act together” and can now make the necessary commitments to our customers. Please note, all orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. Here are guidelines so that you know what to expect moving forward:
  • If you ordered your tips before 5/15, we will ship them by 6/5.
  • If you ordered your tips from 5/16 through 5/23, we will ship them by 6/12.
  • If you ordered your tips from 5/24 through 5/31, we will ship them by 6/19.
  • Any orders after 6/1, we will ship before 6/30.
  • By 7/1, we will be able to ship all products within our normal 2 days of receipt of order.
If you would you like to wait until your tips become available, we appreciate your patience and will be honored to have you as a customer. There is nothing further you need to do. If you prefer to cancel the order and receive a 10% credit on your next order, our customer service department can make that happen. You will need to make that request at customer@complyfoam.com.
Thank you again for your patience and we look forward to keeping our commitment to you and provide the best consumer experience possible.
Sincerely,

Anyone’s preorders shipped? Still waiting in mine
Sorry for forgetting about this thread. Mine arrived on June 1st. I ordered April 27th, the same day they sent the notification email that pre-orders were available.

I already shared my initital impressions of the competing CharJenPro tips on the previous page, but after using both I changed my mind about the CJP tips and I greatly prefer the Comply tips instead. I guess I'm not surprised since I used comply tips for years on a previous pair of earbuds.

With the CJP tips, both sizes "fit" in my ears fine, but the foam is actually softer than I initially realized. This became a problem when wearing them outside for an hour long bike ride in 80F degree weather, even the large tips. They became so soft from sweat that they felt no different than the silicone tips and I was pushing them back into my ears every few minutes because I felt like they were going to slip out. I don't think this would have actually happened, but they didn't feel right.

The comply tips feel stiffer, and even after an hour biking in 80 degree weather they did not feel loose. I purchased the medium because that's what size I used with my previous earbuds that I bought foam tips for.

I ran into one problem: The first time I wore the tips for a bike ride, it was really awkward. There was a bunch of extra wind noise in my right ear and I couldn't figure it out. When I got back I finally decided to yank the tip out of the AirPod and flip it around since they're pill shaped and not a circle. When I pushed it back in, it actually "clicked" like the real tips do. After that point, the wind noise problem wasn't happening anymore and they sounded the same in both ears.

In short, I'm going to keep buying the Comply ones because I wear my AirPods primarily when exercising and I was buying foam tips in the first place for the more secure fit and not isolation improvements.

Mine arrived in the UK.
I’ve tried them for a couple of days but i can’t decide if they’re actually any better than the apple tips.
Please advise, did you have to pay import duties on them before delivery?
I thought about buying them from the US store, but I worked out that by the time duties+Royal Mail fee was added, they'd be too expensive.

Why can't they just sell them in their UK Amazon shop, like all their other products...??

Based on an email they sent out today to early buyers from their online store (one of the batches of the product was faulty and the foam wasn't glued to the base) they still have not caught up with demand yet. The email says "we have been working around the clock to increase production capacity."

I suspect that it will probably be available outside of their store once they catch up with backorders. They did end up releasing the product while places in many countries were just starting to re-open.

Absolute garbage. The sound isn’t better at all. But the biggest issue is when I took my AirPods Pro out of my ears, the tips stayed in my ears! I had to get tweezers to get them out. And yes, they kind of “clicked” when I installed them, even though Comply says they don’t click. I even pulled a couple times to make sure and pushed back just in case. But once inside the ear, they didn’t want to leave.
Tossing these out in the garbage.

I checked their FB page. There was someone complaining about the same issue with their Jabra tips getting stuck in ears. The Comply rep replied that they’re aware of the issue.

Everything with this company seems so unprofessional.

My order came after a month's wait.
Tested over a week.
The Comply Foams don't Snap onto the APPs as one of the tips keep snapping Off and getting stuck in my ear!
Also, the tips will literally snap off when you squeeze it before putting it into your ear!
It's Badly designed! The plastic snap piece is even with the foam which may not allow it properly snap and stay on the earpiece. Apple designed its form tips so that the plastic piece actually sticks out a bit further from the foam so it would snap into place and stay there!
Already put a not positive review on Comply's website about the foam tips. Got an email to 'explain' the issue! Did they Not read the review?
It does block some noise so it technically works for sound isolation but the design isn't Comply's fault except for the terrible job of keeping it snapped onto the APP's earpiece.
The APP case is so tight that Comply or any other 3rd party can NOT make a Wider or Longer foam tip which would help with creating a seal while the tip was in the ear but wouldn't fit in the case because then it would be Too Big!
Save your money and buy the No-name foam tips on eBay which are less expensive but they stay snapped onto the APP's earpiece.

I’m getting a refund. Got an email from them today. Such a poor product, as well as poor business practice (they have no customer service or phone number).

Even the packaging was bad. To open the package to get to the tips, you are to pull a strip across the back. Do you know what that does? It splits up the instructions on how to install/uninstall the product! I’m still shaking my head over that one.

Ordered mine from Pod Accessories. I would venture to say they are all made in the same sweatshop in downtown China somewhere, packaged differently for different companies here in the U.S. I like mine very much. AirPods Pro stay put in my ears during morning walks here in AZ. It can be pretty friggin hot even at 7 in the morning so you get sweaty real fast but there’s no issue with AirPods slipping out of ear canal.

I’ll follow up from my last comment. This is a must have accessory for the AirPod Pros. They are amazing.

Super comfortable, they isolate the buds perfectly, and hold them perfectly in my ears.

Its the best 20eur I’ve purchased in ages….
