Both my IP4 and 5. I was hanging on to my IP4 as a house monitor but since I was getting cash for it, I thought it was time to give it up before apps wouldn't even work in it anymore.

I would never "ditch" something I spent over a year with every day, thats rude.

More like I set it down gently.

Gave up the 5S for 6+ .. Still have the Note 3 though because it's truly a computer in my hand!

Just wanted to give my thought for people who are undecided between 6 and 6+, just my opinion.
I had an Iphone 5S upgraded to 6. but i tried the plus in store even though i felt it was big, i thought it was nice. 2 days with my 6 and was still thinking about the 6 plus. I didn't feel the iphone 6 was a big upgrade compared to 5S.

So today got the iphone 6 plus and love it so far, i know it is a bit more hassle to handle it with one hand but it has lot of positive aspects.

I like watching TV series, movies, youtube on my iphone, i travel often. I don't like taking my laptop with me most of the time.

Battery life is important for me. Went for the iphone with best battery life.

I browse a lot on my iphone and the 6 plus is awesome for that. so wanted to get the best Iphone for browsing websites.

also i don't like buying digital camera anymore. since 6 plus had better camera than than the 6 why not go for the best.

I believe the 6 plus will have optimised apps for the bigger screen in the long term which is a plus.

and of course i do lot of calls but always using my apple headphones.

I always wanted bigger screen, that's why i bought a note 3 couple months ago even though it was nice and liked it, i was so invested in apple eco system, app store, using a macbook and i have used every iphone since Iphone 3G. I wasn't happy leaving IOS.

Now when i look at my Iphone 5S it is so small.

Dropped my iPhone 5 in the river and got a Samsung S5. Had it for about 4 weeks and now have the 6 Plus. What a upgrade!!

Droid Razr Maxx HD. Got sick of people asking what phone I had and having to say that mouthful... okay just kidding. It's a good phone, more than adequate for what I need and the build quality is great.

It's downfall was all the malware showing up on googleplay and that I've been using android since the TMobile G1. It's grown stale for me.

Upgraded from my iPhone 5, which is now being used by my brother.
Absolutely love this phone, the bigger screen is so nice that using a 5/5s seems almost impractical now!

Samsung Galaxy S3. I do *not* miss it. Not in the least. My 2-year Android experiment is now happily over. :)

Android's okay, but I couldn't get it to behave as nicely as iOS. Simple things like mic/volume buttons on earbuds, ringing in the earbuds when you have them on listening to music (it never rang, and I'd miss calls). Other irritants like someone on an iPhone texts you a pin/map location, and the SMS app (tried several) won't recognize it. Or someone sends you an MMS that also contains text -- it'd show up as a slide show that never worked... ugh. The apps are far better behaved (and better-looking) on iOS vs their Android counterparts.

That being said, I'm very happy iOS now has third-party keyboards. That and a bigger screen were the two main reasons I switched two-years ago.

I still don't have my iPhone 6 Plus yet. Back order hell... *SIGH* (NEVER AGAIN AT&T. NEVER AGAIN)
Anyway... I went from a 5S in February, to a Note 3 'til july, to a OnePlus One 'til early september...
I just could not get used to android, as much freedom as it offers. Like it for some things... hated it for what I did best on iPhone. So come the end of November (Or the way things are shaping up with AT&T, quite possible summer 2015), I'm back home with an iPhone 6 Plus.

iPhone 5s 16gb > Htc One m8 > IPhone 5s 32gb > Oneplus One > iPhone 6+

Ditched my Galaxy S4, owning all Apple tech feels so much better because I can actually sync things without effort now

Ditching my LG G3 for the 6 plus. My wife is ditching her Galaxy S5 for the 6 plus as well as soon as they ship. Soon my precious very sooooon.

Sold the best Android smartphone, the HTC One M8. Currently owning the iPhone 6 Plus 64GB space grey and it's great.

Ditched?

Nah, I'll be upgrading from my iPhone 5c to the IP6+ (eventually). With supplies still extremely constrained I'm in a waiting game.
