honestly if it comes back take it for a replacement - new iphone 7 replacement and hasnt happened at all - its a hardware fault and no if we pay £700 for a phone i expect it to work perfectly as advertised not really expecting too much at all

I'll have to watch it more carefully. I Just got the 7 Plus. On my 6+ I don't believe there was any vibration at all when the phone rang, although it was set to vibrate. I stopped expelcting it.

last beta software (10.2 beta3) on iPhone 7 plus and still the same, swapped 5 devices (for different issues) and i'm still facing this software issue that forces me device rebooting to have got everything again working

For me single device swap worked haven't rebooted it in 2-3 weeks and haptic are fine. I have a feeling the phone overheats and switches off haptic sim on the iPhone 7

Hey guys I have a iPhone 7 32gb
I have noticed that the Taptic Engine haptics stops working throughout the system e.g. Pull up menu. I haven't disabled it from settings.

When I restart the phone it comes back?
Is this a hardware issue? Anyone else experiencing this?

I had the same issue on my iPhone 7 plus 128 GB running iOS 10.1.1. I narrowed down my issue to Skype's integrated calling functionality. The moment I make a skype call with the "integrated calls" settings in skype turned on, the system haptics would stop working right away and I had to reboot to get it working again. I turned off the "integrated calls" setting in skype now and I don't have the haptic issue anymore. I don't see this behaviour with any other VoIP apps.
