I saw my coworker using this case and it is fancy and amazing! The texture of leather is a pleasure to touch. I am thinking about getting one myself now...

I'll post the pics up later. Haven't really used the sleeve for cards or cash yet. There are pics on their website though :)

I bought this pouch before and I confirm it is extremely tight although the leather should stretch a little bit while being used. However, first try to fit iPhone 5 in this pouch might be disappointing as getting it in and out of the sleeve is not easy.

As for the pics on their website, well, they are misleading as they are showing iPhone 4 with headphone jack on top. iPhone 5 has headphone jack in the bottom, meaning that if you want to use it while in sleeve you have to put the iPhone upside down.

Apart from that the quality of the sleeve and hard graft products is very nice.

thanks for the review... been thinking about a sleeve or a bumper for my 5

I've ordered one of these, Iphone 5 version. Have only had a single card in it for about 2 days, usually, it has only the phone.

Despite what other have said here, my version was not very tight, but the phone stayed in well for a few days. Didn't think the lack of tightness was a defect, just a matter of perception. Now, when I turn the case upside down, the phone slides right out. There is basically no "friction" keeping the phone in place. Is this happening to anyone else? I want to follow up with hard graft, but wanted to get some other experiences. Although, I don't know if there's much they would do, I'm out of their 5 day return period.

I have ordered their ip5 skinny case so I'm hoping it's as good as their other stuff.

I've owned that case for a month now...love it....you won't be disappointed! I also owned the all leather version in tan...loved it as well but wound up selling it because I liked the skinny version better.

I have owned/own many Hard Graft products...well worth the price!

Don't think I've ever posted pics before...or at least it's been a while, but here goes:

I got the "#oldfashioned" model. I just really love lighter shades-love the way it gradually tans and darkens and takes on a totally unique patina. As a side note, I just got an email from Hard Graft announcing this model is now available in "smoke" as well.

I keep my debit card, license, and a $20 bill in the card slot as a rule-can also stuff more in if you want-a receipt or two, etc.

I am also tempted to pick up a Makr iPhone 5 / card sleeve ..they are amazing in quality-I have one of their wallets. Again, on the pricey side, but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for!

Follow up with them and explain what happens. Mine was seriously tight once arrived up to that point that I didn't find it comfortable to use at all, because it took quite some time and effort to get it out / in the sleeve. It got better now after almost one month of using it but phone stays solid inside, doesn't slide out.

Mine was just never that tight to begin with. I followed up with them, and was told that my putting of a card in the case is what caused it to stretch to a point where the phone slides out. The phone stays in a bit better when I put the single card back in, but it, again, is still never as tight as some other posts have described. Problem for me is that I don't plan on carrying a card in the slot 99% of the time. I know leather stretches/conforms, but I didn't expect the card to have as much of an impact as it did (otherwise I would have lived with never putting one in).

I wonder if some early feedback indicated that the case was TOO tight, so they put in a little more "give" in subsequent versions (given the dates of some of the posts/reviews I've read about the tightness v. my experience receiving one only this month, it's feasible).

If I had the choice, I would prefer a tighter model, as I'm someone who doesn't take their phone out very often throughout the day (which is why a slipcase is attractive to me in the first place).

As it is, now I'm searching for ways I might be able to slightly tighten the case without causing damage. Other than the looseness, it really is a stunning, well thought out case.
