I have corrected at least 40 locations in my neighborhood since beta 2, not a single one has been fixed so far. I live in Cologne, Germany.

Posted this in another thread as well, but last Thursday after I upgraded to iOS6 on my iPhone 4 maps didn't know where Children's Hospital was in Los Angeles. It had the two hospitals next to it labeled properly, but Children's just showed as a box. Yesterday I was going to mark it and report it, but it had already been updated.

Wow that quick? I wonder if it being a hospital had anything to do with how quickly it was fixed. Doubt it, though.

I've noticed lots of improvements to POIs.

I made a report of an error of a small street in the Bronx that I know doesn't connect to the main road. It is covered by the elevated subway tracks. I'm trying to see how long, if ever, they fix it.

I reported both in Apple maps (in iPhone and iPad) and in TomTom's mapshare web app. I think it is a good test to see how quickly they get on this.

As an aside, in TomTom I reported a temporary closure of a street that started yesterday. So far they haven't "approved" it. I wonder if they'll make it moot since it will only last until Oct 2. If they can't quickly respond to these events, they have a serious need to fix their procedures and processes.

There is no way to report such a temporary closure in Apple. They seem to get their data straight from the city, who has not updated their map with this data.

Just wondering if anyone has seen any changes to the map app at all this week?

Do we think it will be a big block change?

Ive been using Man UTD football club as a test for changes as surely thats a big one that needs to be fixed and so far i havent seen a single correction implemented.

It's there now, I found it through Siri.
