I just had a discussion this AM with someone about the TG-7 Pro Max smartwatch. Do not know who makes it but it claims to detect blood pressure and glucose for only $50.00. I went to their website where they make a lot of claims but no other info is avail. Just wondered if anyone has heard of this. I would love to have the AW detect BP and sugar.
Is this some kind of tech hoax.
Here is the website I found the info. https://techglobe.store/products/dt35-color-screen-smart-watch-bluetooth-call-sports-bracelet
The company sent me a TG7 Pro defective watch that does not pair with my iPhone 8 plus. Though they agreed to change it with email confirmation, last 2 months they did not do any action. Now they do not respond to my emails any more. I will never buy it nor recommend this watch because of the fraudulent transaction of the company.

In the US blood glucose is measured in mg/dl. In the rest of the world, it's mmol/L. Because, you know, metric. If they're using some other units, then all bets are off. (I'm betting, though, that it's as accurate as @Dobbel said the BP was.)

To convert —

mg/dl = mmol/L x 18.0182.
mmol/L = mg/dl x 0.0555
Both mg/dl and mmol/L are metric units…

Arguably mg/dl is more metric as both milligrams and decilitres are metric units. The difference between the units is that one is measuring the weight of glucose per volume, while the other is measuring the number of glucose molecules per volume.

Contact your credit card company and have them reverse the charges.

Since my original post on the TG-7 Pro my neighbor got a similar watch. It is a Chinese mfg. Her family found it on Amazon by searching "a watch for seniors". Its claims were the same as the TG-7 pro except it did not measure glucose. Like the TG the app was clunky but it was easier to set up to her iPhone the TG. She says the BP it measures is +/- 10 unit vas her a std BP cuff. It does steps, sleep tracking etc. It was around $50. Could not find a model # or mfg on the watch.

do you trust the bp and sugar readings. My friend that got one did not. I never came close to actual readings she did with a bp cuff and glucose monitor.

This is such an obvious scam. The trustpilot ratings are fake and the link doesn’t go to trustpilot. The product images are Apple Watches. It’s a $60 watch that allegedly has unique health tech unavailable in any other device. The site is full of high pressure sales tactics.

Save your money.
