So I ordered an iPhone 4 through AT&T Premier online store on July 2nd and got the e-mail from Apple saying that my phone was available for pick-up and tried to cancel my order through AT&T with no luck. They said my order had already shipped and in order to be refunded, i need to refuse shipment.

Has anyone done this? What do I say to the driver and how long will it take before I get refunded? Thank you for all the help.
 
Just tell the driver you are refusing delivery and don't sign. He'll say "OK" and go to his next delivery.

Or just simply accept the phone and cancel the pick-up. Much easier.
