So I ordered an iPhone 4 through AT&T Premier online store on July 2nd and got the e-mail from Apple saying that my phone was available for pick-up and tried to cancel my order through AT&T with no luck. They said my order had already shipped and in order to be refunded, i need to refuse shipment. Has anyone done this? What do I say to the driver and how long will it take before I get refunded?
