Has anyones iMac been delivered in perfect condition ?

Received mine yesterday in perfect condition. No dead pixles that I could find during pixle check. No abnormal screen bleed.

That isn't a great way of thinking, you wouldn't normally notice dead pixels under normal viewing right away. Youd notice them eventually though. So you're saying you would be fine with them out the box since you couldn't spot it right away under "normal use"?

I see what you're saying. I do agree with you on the dead pixel issue and noticing them as time goes on.

But on other "issues" that you wouldn't notice with normal use of the machine, yet test for, I really don't understand.

I didnt notice any issues with my BTO 27" as I unpacked and set it up yesterday. I didn't do any specific tests for dead pixels or light bleed though.

On the positive side, the damn thing is beautiful.
