Is the black leather case getting more grippy with time? That’s my concern I have with those leather cases, because they felt reaaaally slippery when I tried them at the Apple store. I eventually went with the black silicone case instead. Pretty happy with it, but I also like the classy look of the leather cases.

Did you see my black silicone case? In less than two weeks is getting awful.

The leather case does feel better after some wear in time. And yes it gets less slippery for sure I have been using it since day one of the X

One way to make it a little less slippery is to a small, small amount of leather care product, Ive used Saphir Renovateur on my last 4 cases, I feel like it gets a little more grippy as well as protects the leather a tiny bit. Ive also found that all leather cases, after some wear, gets alot more grippy as well since it doesnt stay 110% "smooth" but gets a little roughed up.

What a waste of a video. The guy warns about it scratching his case. He can't even see the scratches but worries that if he takes the case off and on enough, that it could lead to scratches on the corner. He is concerned because he paid $1200.00 for his phone. Boohoo. It is a phone not a museum work of art.

OP, don't even give that video a second thought.
All this guys videos are a waste, I watched one video he posted and vowed to never watch another until now. Lol didn’t realize it was the same guy.
