How high is your number? I ordered mine right away but with their hiccup I did not get my confirmation until two hours after I ordered and my number is W497 and I am also in the 1117-24 boat, even though originally it was 11-3

No charge here either paid in full ATT thru Apple.com, Silver 256GB X. Order number W414 still holding on to early arrival hope. 11/17-11/24 delivery window has not changed though.
The order number is degressive. My iPhone number is W542, and my leather case witch I order 20 minutes later is W500.

I also don’t think so, my case was ordered 16 mins later and is 474, whereas my phone is 414 16 mins prior.
I did order my iPhone first and receive the mail confirmation before ordering the case. maybe the numbers are random then

When people notice their cards getting charged, is it because they're constantly checking their bank account, or is there some other notification that pops up on your phone or through e-mail that alerts you to that fact? Like an apple pay notification or something?
I've been checking my CC about 5 or 6 times a day, and it just showed up yesterday. So, no, Apple doesn't notify you.

One of my friend who have a SG 256 and order like 1 minute before me has W574 and another had an 3 nov delivery with SG64 W524.

I'm coming from an iPhone 7+. So first off, the screen feels a lot smaller on the X. I'm not sure about the exact specs behind this, but the elongated screen does not visually compensate the width that it lost. And then there's so much wasted space in the screen real estate - there's a giant empty space underneath the keyboard in native apps, let alone all the apps that haven't been optimized yet. Face ID somehow doesn't work that well for me..always takes a long while. And all the gestures to substitute the home button require me to be very precise with the timing and movement of my clicks and swipes - not a fan.
That being said - this is a brand new iPhone family, it will take some time for developers to perfect things. Perhaps I'm just impatient.

I guess each reference has a numbering. There are:
- 4 carriers
- 2 colors
- 2 capacities
- 2 payment methods IUP or PIF

A friend got W424 for his Silver 64, and ordered 1 hour before you did. Makes no sense if all orders followed the same numbering.
