Yup, I did a chat session, and they basically said, "sorry, there's nothing we can do."
NOT awesome.
I was in the same boat, same phone. I cancelled and got my phone on Nov 3 in stores. I'd highly suggest you do the same.My order just got updated with a date pushed in the opposite direction. Originally was delivery 11/17-11/24. Got an email and notification that it's now 11/20 - 11/27.
Did this happen to anyone else?
I ordered a Space Grey 256, paid in full, AT&T though the Store App.
Credit card just got charged and status changed to preparing to ship!
Dates have not changed yet from 17-24.
I would imagine that will happen soon. Order placed direct on Apple website paid in full on the 27th at 13 minutes after pre-orders launched.

Writing this on my new phone. Somehow it felt like a very long journey to get to this point. I wish everyone who hasn’t gotten his her phone yet will get it soon! The phone takes some getting used to and there are definitely things I don’t yet like about it. But it’s a beautiful phone. See y’all until next fall!

Just curious what you don’t like about it and what phone you’re coming from??
I originally had my 256GB silver in the 11/17-11/24 ship range. Got bumped up and got it today.
However, it has a dead pixel in the lower left corner.
Yes it’s small. Yes the phone is still usable. But when I get something this expensive and it’s defective out of the box, I’m going to have an issue with it.
Earliest genius appointment is three days out from now. I’ll have to do a return then rebuy. I’m not sure the store will have any in stock the same time I return mine so I might end up getting a new one around the same time that my phone was originally suppose to arrive. Frustrated.

I wouldn't get too bent out of shape over that. In the past, a certain number of dead pixels were required to qualify for a replacement. Not sure what the number is, or if that is still the case.

That’s exactly what happened to me. Had to contact them to get back in 11/17-24 boat.
But order number is still higher. I think that really screwed me though.

So how long is it taking to go from "Preparing to Ship" to "Shipped"? Asking for a friend...
looks like a day. I got my message early this morning about preparing for shipment, now it's in China waiting to be picked up by UPS. Still don't have a confirmed delivery date, but I have strong guess that I'll get it by Friday. (Just based off of the others' emails)

Seeing all these phone orders move up gives me hope. Still not charge to the cc, and order still "in progress" ATT Next Silver 256GB.
