Have any 11/17-11/24 shipments been bumped?

I had both of my phones ship the exact same day. I don't know how one of them made it onto US soil yesterday and the other is still in China.

Same as me. I don’t understand how some of the phones cleared customs quickly while ours are held back. I didn’t have any problem receiving my iPhone 7 on launch day last year. UPS/Apple have a lot of ‘splaining to do.

Just got bumped to 11/20 from 11/17 after several other bumps (all bad); this is the worst Apple iPhone rollout I have ever participated in and I have been all of them, with the exception of the original iPhone. My iPhone X seems to be stuck in Shanghai; why won’t Apple allow Saturday delivery on these?

I called UPS and they said no Saturday delivery unless explicitly authorized by the shipper.

Just noticed that 1 of mine did get a departure scan out of Korea, the other one not. Despite exact same arrival time. Now the one that shipped a day later (and ordered later) is actually ahead of the other. Insane. Fingers crossed these scans aren't all accurate.

I've been pretty patient. Wasn't able to place order until :08 and then I got the reservation email. Finally got assigned 11/17 - 11/24. Once it shipped, apple said 11/21 but UPS said 11/16, which made me happy. I thought it was finally on it's way but now it's again at "awaiting clearing agency review" for the third time and they took off the delivery date.

Here was mine that just left Shanghai this morning. UPS pushed my date from 11/16 to 11/17. No more buffer days as we are gone for a week starting the 18th.

Mine said export scan 11/13/17 @ 7:16 p.m. and nothing more..... UGH>>>>>> I am leaving the 18th also..

If your delivery window was 11/17 - 11/24 I don't see what Apple did wrong. Honestly shipping times from Apple are estimates and really don't reflect on Apple at all. UPS will fulfill its commitment by making sure you and the others in this discussion get the phone by the 24th.

Because Apple is a corporation that appeals to its investors by its ability to make money. If apple can fulfill its obligations by delivering the product by or on the 24th without spending extra for Saturday service, It would be irresponsible to the investors to do otherwise.

I’m thinking any of the overnight flights too (I work for FedEx) and those flights make it to the airports in time to get to that days delivery locations too. However I’m not holding my breath to get the phone prior to my 16th delivery date even though it’s been in Louisville since Sunday morning.
