Finally an update after 3 days, but without location, I really hope that this mean that this's in US already, cause my scheduled delivery is for 11/16

I have the deliveries app, which provided the map. Otherwise, there’s nothing by the UPS app that hints at a direct flight to Los Angeles.

I just called UPS and the lady I spoke with told me that it is in the air now, did not give me a specific location. Said, there is still a good chance I will get it Thursday which was my original date from UPS. Hoping she is right, have to have it before I leave for the Holiday.

So did anyone get a departure scan out of Incheon today? This is the single worst shipment I've ever dealt with, of any carrier, of any product, ever.

1. Both of my phones made it to Incheon at the same date and time.
2. One left immediately after on the next flight out.
3. The second has apparently missed BOTH flights that have occurred after arriving.

This is just unheard of. Even for UPS. Every one of these lapses is adding days to the delivery.

Yea I don't see how that's possible. It is pretty straightforward. It needed to leave Korea on this morning's flight to Anchorage in order for the timetable of tomorrow delivery to hold up.

What's absurd is: my package could have left Korea yesterday...and didn't. It could have left Korea today...and didn't. What reason do I have to believe that it will even leave tomorrow? This is the worst cluster **** I have ever seen with UPS.

Interesting...I got a Text from UPS today stating that my delivery is now for the 20th. My phone arrived in Korea at 8:25pm and apparently missed UPS99...UPS has been a total joke with this shipment...

@Teride My phone is with yours. And why it is stuck in Louisville since 11/14 is anyones guess. I live in CT, what about you? I don't get why we have seen other's post their shipment arriving in Louisville after ours and leaving before we see any movement.

Has anyone with this same Louisville arrival scan contacted UPS? I may contact them today if I don't see anything...

I saw the same thing yesterday on my other shipment. Couldn't remember how long it was before the scan showed up, but when I first checked it definitely had no departure scan. Then showed up the next time I checked.

Edit: Yeah, UPS99 took off yesterday at 11:19 PM local time, and my departure scan is stamped 12:34 AM, so 1hr15min later.

So I guess it is still possible for today, we're at 2hr30min now without a scan.

Now my wife's phone has the clearing agency info that I received on Sunday. Both phones are in Louisville. Both phones say the phones have been released by the clearing agency. Both now say delivery date unknown. This is absolutely maddening.

Just as an update, mine came into Louisville at 9 am Sunday morning. My wife's came 1:31 am yesterday.

My phone didn’t make it out of the UPS99 flight this morning like you all. Anybody else with a discrepancy with dates? My app says 11/20 and information unavailable for scheduled delivery. Previously, it was 11/16 and information unavailable. I don’t know what to believe so I can make plans to be held if it’s coming next week.

The entire time since I got ups tracking it said delivery the 16th. Then sometime this morning it changed to delivery information unavailable. I’ve seen this in earlier parts of the thread too and it’s worrying me less seeing others have had this same instance before it moves on again.

I was supposed to receive my phone today but because of customs it's still stuck. I've been calling UPS everyday and they've been lying. My phone is in Korea according to my tracking but the UPS representative said the phone is still in China with customs and it hasn't physically been scanned in Korea. No estimate on shipping yet either
