@Teride My phone is with yours. And why it is stuck in Louisville since 11/14 is anyones guess. I live in CT, what about you? I don't get why we have seen other's post their shipment arriving in Louisville after ours and leaving before we see any movement.

Has anyone with this same Louisville arrival scan contacted UPS? I may contact them today if I don't see anything...

Now my wife's phone has the clearing agency info that I received on Sunday. Both phones are in Louisville. Both phones say the phones have been released by the clearing agency. Both now say delivery date unknown. This is absolutely maddening.

Just as an update, mine came into Louisville at 9 am Sunday morning. My wife's came 1:31 am yesterday.

Yeah I hope you're right. It just sucks seeing it sit in a single place for multiple days...

Ok, So I just got off the phone with UPS. The woman on the phone said that since my package was pre cleared through customs on Sunday morning (along with my arrival scan in Louisville) with a scheduled delivery date of 11/16, that while she was surprised it didn't come for today, that the delivery information will update after it leaves Louisville today and I should still be getting my delivery tomorrow as originally expected. She seemed confident in this and said it was still showing scheduled delivery date of 11/16 on her end. I hope she's correct and I do in fact receive mine tomorrow.

I got an email response from UPS after complaining about a lack of delivery date. They said that all of the shipping containers are in line based on a pre-determined order specified by Apple (presumably the order that pre-orders were placed). They said the containers are being held due to the very large volume of orders, so I guess UPS does not have enough cargo planes to match Apple's manufacturing output. They also seem to be clueless about actual delivery dates. They said my package should be delivered, pending customs clearance, by end of day tomorrow, despite the fact that it is still in ZhengZhou. Given that my order is shipping to NYC, this is obviously not going to happen. And for reference, my order first shipped on 11/11/17

I know many of you are in disbelief that it has the potential to get to you the next day even if it's in Korea, but for me personally, my phone in the span of about 24hrs went from China, to Korea, to Anchorage, to Louisville, to Newark, NJ, and is being delivered today. Out can 11/10, out Incheon 11/13, out am 11/13, in my 11/14 and here in ca 11/15. Keep in mind, my delivery dates have been all over the place 15-20th. Don t give up ....... there is no order to this mess. Good luck.

Mine shipped 11/8 and still has not left Korea even as of now. Another of mine shipped 11/9 and got here today.

So, after more than 2 weeks in OIP hell with absolutely no movement on my order (11/17-24, ATT, SG256, IUP, no CC charge) I finally decided to cancel the order and take my chances with finding a phone for pickup at an Apple Store. I checked availability this morning at 6:00 and saw that there was one available, but Apple’s website wouldn’t take my cancellation request for some reason. Maddening! I then called Apple Support and the woman I spoke with (Amy) was not only able to cancel my order but she helped me with putting through a new order, all the time keeping an eye on availability at the several Apple Stores in my area, as supply was dwindling while we were going through the process. It ended up that all the available store pickups (4 of them, in different stores) were snapped up, despite my having one “in the bag” at the start. But even though the outcome didn’t turn out in my favor, I was encouraged by this, and I feel pretty confident that I’ll be able to snag an iPhone X sometime this week. I was really impressed with Amy’s helpfulness (she even said that she would stay on the phone as long as I wanted to help me find a phone)—maybe the best customer support experience I’ve ever had.

UPDATE: After a couple of unsuccessful tries the last couple of days, I managed to snag one this morning, at the Apple Store at Apple headquarters in Cupertino, no less (about 40 minutes away). Picking it up at 3:00. So excited! I suppose if I hadn’t cancelled my original order, my phone would have been delivered during the 11/17-24 timeframe, but I didn’t want to put myself through UPS hell. Good luck to the rest of you!

Friend who lives down the street is getting his phone tomorrow and his first ZhengZhou origin scan was 11/11 at 6:54PM.

How does a device that was scanned at the origin three and a half hours later end up delivered tomorrow and mine still hasn’t moved an inch?

Interesting...I got a Text from UPS today stating that my delivery is now for the 20th. My phone arrived in Korea at 8:25pm and apparently missed UPS99...UPS has been a total joke with this shipment...

I believe we're pallet buds. I arrived at 8:25 in Korea, too -- sucks to hear there's a missed flight in there. I've been told Monday on my shipment (Boston), so we'll see. I feel like it's fast once it hits Alaska, but I'm tempering my expectations and assuming I'll get it sometime before New Year's.

Finally got my X yesterday. Original Apple delivery date 11/16-11/24. Phone shipped on 11/7 with a UPS delivery date of 11/13. After sitting Korea for 5 days my UPS delivery date changed to 11/16. Then on Monday morning it went from Incheon to DFW in less than 48 hours. The arrival and departure scans were always delayed by 3 or 4 hours. But ended up delivering 11/14. It was so stressful until the last day and it literally went so fast.

So it should all start moving really quickly soon, and trust me, as soon as you have it in your hands you will forget all about this fluster cluck. ITS AMAZING!!! Good luck everyone.
