Paid in full for T-mobile on Apple store. Still shows 17-24 with no change in status or charge to credit card. I expect action a week from now.

How bout those on the iphone upgrade program?

I've gotten every iphone since the 1st one on launch day, and have been doing the upgrade thing with apple since they started it a few years ago and was always told you guys get first dibs on new phones:D.

Honestly it's BS, I was on bright and early had everything set and filled out, launch day picked with time and all, did my citizens one application (ridiculous to do on line) and pressed the return button to see the bold letters off OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG??? To have to do it all over again and than be told we need to reach your carrier and were holding a phone for you??? WHY ARE YOU REACHING MY CARRIER ANYWAY? Complete BS!
Anyway yip...same story like so many on various carriers with similar stories, A nice email saying finish my order and a date of yayyyyyyyyy Nov 17th-24:mad::mad::mad:

So yea, seems like alot of us got screwed.

Does our Apple Pay transaction supposed to say $0.00? The first few days it was showing the total amount about under Apple Pay transactions. My CC still hasn’t been charged yet.
That was just the "hold" they do right after order. For some it's just a dollar. Mine did the same thing then fell off eventually and says 0.00 in my Apple Pay transactions.

Yeah that’s essentially what happened to me too. Pretty frustrating for sure. Next time I know to be refreshing the store on my computer and the app on my phone because the store came up way before the app. But at the end of the day they still couldn’t communicate with my carrier and I couldn’t finish the order before 11:00 pacific the next day when I was allowed to complete the purchase.

Hopefully I have better luck with the HomePod. No carrier verification for that at least.

AT&T paid in full silver 256. Got the order in around 2:12am CDT, email confirmation at 2:14am CDT, still showing 17-24 delivery. No credit card charges.

1) Spoke to Apple Rep Via Chat regarding my order for T-Mo 256 paid full
2) Called Apple Support regarding the same
3) Refreshed my status half gazillion times since Friday
4) Placed an Apple logo on the ground and danced around it while chanting the apple mantra

Zero Movement to report - no charge incurred on cc either. still showing OIP for 11/17-11/24

EXACT same situation here. AT&T, full, 256, 17-24 unchanged since order.

i asked chat for a survey twice as to have an outlet to "formally express my displeasure with the iPhone X ordering process" and both times I gave them the whole "i had a Nov 3rd but now it's 17-24" spiel and no action for me yet either. T-Mobile, paid in full, 256GB Space Grey.

The thing i hate the most about the Chat, you wait ages to speak to a representative and then one comes on and you ask them to please check up on the status of your order to update you why theres no movement since a week. They go through their security checks asking you for the billing address, name, last few digits of your cellphone, the color of your underpants, then they thank you for providing these details and say "yeah your phone is scheduled for delivery between 11/17-11/24" .... !@#@#%!@!@#%

I expected them to be able to tell me why theres no charge on my card, i expected them to have at least some visibility of the current dispatch rates , these are CSR's and they should have some visibility beyond what is displayed to customers
 
Got a shipped too! No Delivery date shown and UPS just shows that it's ready for UPS. So doubtful it's getting here tomorrow but still stranger things have happened.

Noticed in the last hour that my order had changed to “preparing for shipment”. Still lists Nov 16-24.

Dug through another thread to find out how to dig up tracking info by reference number; when I checked my order status a few minutes ago, it had changed to “Shipped” and has a link to tracking. So far the only tracking update is “Order Processed: Ready for UPS” from some 12 hours ago. No scheduled delivery date from UPS yet.

Order page on Apple still lists the Nov 16 - Nov 24 window, for what it’s worth. Under promise and over deliver, right?
