yeah - totally sounds like at&t next customers are getting the small straw here ... frustrating to say the least... I've been following this thread since day one and have not seen one next order get bumped

No upgrade program, ordered ATT 256 Space Grey direct from the Apple web site (since the app wasn't letting me in on my iPhone or iPad, and ATT's site said 15 minute wait), and no change from 17th through 24 (confirmation email arrived 3:14 Eastern, order placed a minute or two before that). What can you do...

Next has it the worst, but us Outright folks are right behind you guys, if not almost the exact same.. I think I remember reading a 1 or 2 outright people got some updates.

After my experience last year, I would say anything is possible.
ATT Next purchase at 3:20 because that’s literally when I got access to the AppleStore in the app; W556 with no movement. AS disappointing as the Apple-ATT experience happens to be, that countdown clock on the ATT solo site has to be some of the most unruly code that has ever been put into production. It counted down twice for me only to stop time. ATT, you been drinking some of that Comcast koolaid?
The reality is this is a huge, complicated process with many moving parts. We are getting glimpses into changes as they happen minute by minute. Reading that someone got shipped that ordered later than you is frustrating, but five minutes later you may discover that you have shipped as well.

As others have said we do not have enough evidence to prove this. Agreed it seems that way, but if we were to all come back in two weeks and compare notes again, we would have the total picture and could line up our order times and I’m guessing we would draw totally different conclusions.
Nope, there are folks that paid in full that have gotten bumped. I know because I’m one that PIF that’s still waiting and am jealous of those that PIF and got bumped!

Frustratingly I don’t know.
It was somewhere between 12:05 and 12:10. I received my iPhone has been reserved and my spot in line had been saved message at 2:35 AM but placed the order way way before that. Then at 10:55 AM I got a link to complete the purchase which I did at 10:57 AM.
Shipped!!! Arriving nov 8. I was in the 16-24 group. Att 256 grey and silver. Ordered between 1215-1220. Upgrade program.
totally worth it. FIFA 18 is GREAT on the Switch, along with NBA 2K and Zelda BOTW. Kept me busy on my flights last week
I have 2 separate orders. One Silver 256 ATT and one SG 256 ATT. Both orders were new sign ups for IUP. First order was completed about 5-6 minutes after store app opened due to issues. The second order was attempted right after that and failed instantly but held a reservation.

Yeeee Yeeeee! I was part of the 256gb space gray T-mobile IUP and I had been sitting at 16-24 Nov. This morning I get an email that states new shipping delivery is Nov. 8. Then I go and check the UPS tracking info and it says delivery date is Nov. 6! #winning.
