Have any Verizon Business customers got their phones shipped??

My order status was updated last night with tracking info. Same as everyone else - shipping with Fedex and scheduled to arrive tomorrow by 4:30pm. I ordered my phone at around 9am on 10/7 from the business site.
 
Well, 1 of my orders shipped properly -- the other had a tracking number generated, but then I found out this morning that they canceled the shipment altogether. WTF?! The canceled shipment order still shows as pending, while the other is on its way.
