Voted Europe - no Never

I tried calling their sales line, couldn't get through, and Had to wait for over a month for my Powerbook, But good things come to those who wait!
 
I've been very pleased so far. The two times I've dealt with customer service went very well. My mighty mouse died, they sent me a new one, no questions asked.

Last month I ordered iLife '06. They sent iWork '06. I called, they overnighted iLife, and let me keep iWork. Wasn't expecting that.

I should point out that New Jersey is named after Jersey. It was a gift from Charles II to the de Carteret family....
