Well, my iPod Shuffle has 1MB remaining... if that counts. But that was a piece of cake. My 30GB Photo, I am only using a little less than 6 gigs.

Yeah, my 40GB 3G is full. It's got 28.5GB of my iTunes library, plus a full backup of my iPhoto library, plus a full backup of my brother's iPhoto library as well. What little is left is filled by an assortment of iMovie video project that's I've completed. BTW this iPod stays in my car all the time as a second-location backup-to-the-backup in case something terrible happens to my house.

My first was a 2gig nano, which I filled very quickly, it's no fun deciding what not to have with you so I bought a 60 gig and have never had a problem since.

With a 20GB iPod and a 12.000+ songs iTunes library, you eventually run out of space at some point, so - yes. :)

I am currently re-ripping all my CDs into iTunes but in AAC this time, so let's hope the whole library fits on an 80GB iPod afterwards. Then again, I wouldn't listen to each and every song of them anyway...

i have filled my 20 gig which i have retired and then filled my 30 gig ipod....going to need a new one eventually....filled completely with music

For anyone who rips at lossless - good, bad, right or wrong - as I do, you immediately realize you will blow past even the largest iPod. I have a 30 gig iPod and have a 301 gig library. I don't regret for a second that I can't fit every song on my iPod. The quality/maintenance of my library is ten times more important to me than my iPod.
Amen and signed. I have a 23GB library of about 900 songs. And a 4GB mini. I'm hoping to switch to a 30GB one this year, but I'm still holding out, hoping they release a fullscreen one at 300 bucks or less

Out of curiousity, how many songs does that library of yours have?

Annoyingly, my 2 GB nano bugs me about being filled to the brim with songs everytime I plug it in. Looks like I underestimated my purchasing rate :p

I filled up my first generation iPod, and if I had a video iPod I would have it filled, but with I don't quite have 30 GB of music, although perhaps if I synced in photos too...

Well, a shuffle and a nano is easy, just with music. My nano has only a very small subset of my music, plus a couple of iPod-resolution photo albums.

I have a 30 GB 3G iPod (black and white screen, music only, no photo, no video,) that is a little over half full. (I have 15.82 GB of music, not counting Music Videos.)

If I had a photo-capable iPod, and turned on 'Include Full Resolution Photos', I would fill up a 60 GB iPod Photo. If I had a video-capable iPod, I would fill it up with music and video, without even including full resolution photos.

I've filled my 60GB iPod Video several times now and I've had to delete many episodes of animes for my whole library to fit on my iPod. Even now I only have about 3GB of space left on my iPod.

Filled my 20GB 4G after I had it for about a year, and by then the 5G was out, so I bought a 60GB. Currently I have about 45 gigs of music.. I haven't downloaded like any albums in such a long time. I need to get caught up.

And obviously my shuffle is full.

I filled my original 3G 15gb iPod on day 1.
I filled my 6gb iPod mini before I even bought it.
I don't fill my 2G iPod Shuffle. Just use that for the *best* songs which don't even fill half.
I filled my 80gb iPod (yes! haha). 16gb on music, 70gb on TV shows (inlcuding ALL the new Doctor Who and Red Dwarf) and 20gb on films.

I have never filled my iPod 3G 15GB with music, many times with other stuff (I sometimes install Mac OS X on it-viva FireWire!). My shuffle is not full at the moment, but it was.

Easily filled my 60gb video ipod:
41.81GB music
27.76GB movies
25.97GB TV shows
4.96GB Podcasts

= >100GB

+Unknown volume of photos and addresses and using as harddrive and whatever else i have.

I consider that an achievement.

I had a 20GB iPod that I filled all the way (1.3MB free) earlier this spring. Alas, the hard drive died. So now I'm using a borrowed nano that has 5MB free on it right now.

Filled my 40GB 4G a long time ago. All music, no photos, no videos.

A depressing day when it flashed up that little box saying it's full.

I'll wait until there's a 100 or 120GB one before buying a new one though.
