Never threw anything harder than a newspaper in anger or purposefully...especially consumer electronic items.
Lol. I’ve lived away from family since I was around 10 years old I think. I’m just too self dependent now to really need anyone else in my life. I don’t even get bored because I’ve got so much to do myself.
I've been having caffeine withdrawals as I'm trying very hard to stop and it's just been messing with me, along with other problems.
Caffeine withdrawals man I can empathize. Usually it’s a massive headache for me.I've dropped my iPhone X here and there but it's always had a case and no problems.
Today, I got really frustrated about something and slammed it hard on the hardwood ground. Super hard.
I use the Apple Silicone case. Nothing happened.
I slammed it camera side down.
I'm not going to make excuses for it, but I've been having caffeine withdrawals as I'm trying very hard to stop and it's just been messing with me, along with other problems.
Please don't judge. Thank you.
Not be nosy but what do you stay busy with? Just curious.

No one is really in a position to judge you over this OP. You slammed a phone—you didn’t hit a person.
There are certainly ways one can better handle stress, but it takes awhile and sometimes life experience. Some of those who haven’t reported extreme stress often are simply not in as stressful circumstances.

Sounds like you may need some anger management classes. I've been angry in my life, extremely angry but i realized that you need to keep control, and throwing something to the ground like that means you're losing control.Today, I got really frustrated about something and slammed it hard on the hardwood ground. Ahhh.... one of those, a control freak.I am thinking some of this is BS.
If I did throw my phone to the floor, I would bet it would no longer be working. Maybe some exaggeration here.
People seem to be more easy to ignite a fit of rage these days.
I prefer control.
Ok I play along. Prefer slamming android phone to ground in a fit of rage. Far more satisfying. The crunch is louder, the glass scatters and sprays farther. Definitely a far better phone to slam.Sounds like you may need some anger management classes.
