HDMI Adapter with Optical Audio advice

Hi guys,

Basically I'm planning to buy the 4th Gen Apple TV but i have a small issue, my TV lacks the 3.5mm jack port, and I would like the sound to come out of my 5.1 system rather than the TV sound which is not very good.

I did some research and I need an adapter to split the HDMI into HDMI + HDMI audio, found the Kanex one (https://www.kanex.com/hdmi-optical-audio ), but I believe that £60 it's a bit too much for something like this.

Do anyone knows any cheaper alternatives to Kanex?
