HDR (Amazon Video does it better than Netflix)

The Amazon app on Apple TV streaming quality is so bad. Some movies stream in vhs quality, while others stream in hd or 4K. I don’t have this issue on the fire tv I have. And I notice this only happens with the Amazon app. And if the same movie is available with another service like Hulu. I can watch the movie in perfect quality through that other app.
