How about heating a pin & gently "melting" it into the plastic part. Let it "set" then prize it out?
 
For a metalworkers point of view, I would use a tiny drill bit on a flex shaft and drill little bit into it, epoxy the bit or something about the same size into the hole and try to pull it out. Tweezers I think would destroy the outside.

I'm sure apple will get it out.
