V-Moda offers their Vibe2 Headphones for your price range. Excellent sound (after being worn-in), Stylish, and compatible with the iPhone (built in mic, etc.)! What more do you want?

I have v-moda vibes with my iphone 2G and they're great. In-line mic that works as well as apple's and really good sound quality. I'd buy them again.

I just got a pair of Shure I2C-MPs and love them. They sound way better than the ones that come with the iPhone, have a great mic and are less than $60 on amazon.

DO NOT BUY BOSE!!

I would agree with this statement. Got mine at Circuit City and returned them the next day due to their very poor sound quality, IMO.

I currently own 3 different Bose speaker sets and enjoy them all. Have even owned a set of 901's

You should read up on the different reviews others leave for the different headphones. Each of the different manufacturers design and build for different sound. I know some of the Vmoda's are made for additional bass, others made for more clarity.

i have the Bose Triport and v-moda vibes and i can say the bose is really good. ive had alot of earphones and they are the best so far.
ive also tries all the phones in the apple store too, bose are one of the best. today i tried the Dr.Dre by monster $350 headphones and the sound exactly like the Triports.
Bose has a really good customer service too.

How are the Griffin TuneBuds? I'm not overly fussy when it comes to sound quality. I'd just like something reasonably priced to replace my lost iPhone in-ear headphones.

Any opinions?

you would be better off buying a $40 sony earbuds..

Ultimate Ears super.fis are great. They have a model with a mic if you want that. You can find them much cheaper than listed on their website.

Depends how much you'd like to spend...
and what's your preference.

I went with a pair of WestOne UM2's (clear) with True-Fit Dual-Driver,
they're the best in-the-ear headphone I've ever used!!
Get them for about $200~300 depends on which and where you buy.

The OP said $100 - which makes the iPhone range really tough to beat. Westone's are a great alternative to Shure's but I still like SE530s over the UM2; waitin' on the Westone3

if i were you id go for ultimate ears.
from my experience most of the time earphones need to be replaced due to cable damage. and ultimate ears have earphones where you can readily replace the cables. the metro fi series dont have this feature but the superfi and the custom models do.

ive tried superfi 3 which im not sure if you can get them still but they sounded pretty nice and the custom earphones (UE10pro) is awesome.

m-audio aslo has earphones but they are basically the same as the ultimate ears but has a different branding.

i hope this helps

the best 29.99 i have ever spent came from a pair of Skullcandy Headphones these things lasted me all through Iraq and still works, the sounds is superb sounds like I have a sub in there hahaha

Skullcandy headphones are crap.

the apple site has some negative reviewers on these headphones saying they break too often and too soon.

is there any feedback on this?
