This is my problem, I’m trying to figure out if anyone else’s watch drops like that. Because even if something is wrong with my heart I can’t seem to find a condition like what it shows for me. I’ve had ekgs and everything before they were all good so this is why I’m confused, I attached a picture of what mine does

What are the context of the readings above?

Resting, walking?

60 is normal, the above 100 readings are not, depending on what you were doing at the time.

I was doing things around my house, the higher readings I know were accurate but the weird 60 reading when I was up moving around was weird to me, I’m thinking I moved wrong or something when it was measuring my hr. I also have bad anxiety which makes my heart rate higher sometimes, and when I saw that and it instantly went alittle faster as well
