Help - computer, full screen scrolling?

ok so my macbook freaked out...this is hard to explain, but like I'm scrolling thw WHOLE screen...not just like safari, but I need to scroll up to see the toolbar that has like "file" "edit" etc. and need to scroll up to see the time and I need to scroll down to see my dock and ughhh idk what I did to it cause it just randomly happened, like all of a sudden and I don't know how to fix it!!!! Help pleassee!!!

You might have hit the "ctrl" key while scrolling - that will zoom the entire screen. Try holding "ctrl", while scrolling down.
