Help, guys! I put a dvd-rw in my macbook drive and it won't see it, so I can't eject!

I'm so happy you're back and everything is OK.

The manual eject button on my other Macs was an almost invisible button that appeared as a tiny hole just along from the slot in the foam that covers the drive slot. It was an emergency only button - I only used it once I think - it was one of those panic situations that you have now experienced.
