OP says the phone won't go into recovery or DFU mode.

Is there some technical reason that attaching the phone to a PC will make these modes work when they don't now?

I tried holding the power button and home button but nothing. I do know how to go into recovery and dfu. But the phone wont go. Is it meaby by U2 IC problem? Just guesing.

I'm not sure if you had the same problem I had, but I brought an iPhone5 back to life that Apple couldn't/wouldn't fix. It was stuck in a boot loop and I read a few things that pointed to a badly depleted battery.

I figured for $20 and 20 minutes of my time, it was worth a try. New battery went in, and it booted right up and I was able to wipe it clean.
