HELP! Iphone with BlackScreen, But recognized

I'm actually interested in this because Apple recently started selling unlocked iPhones, and I wonder if the 3.1.3 supports other carriers by default. Do you have the option to tether?

mmm well when i go to settings and go to carriers it gives the like for different options xD if that is what you mean.

Does this company have any relation to AT&T? It's seems weird that this is working, I wonder if it's because it has been unlocked before.

Nop, no connection with At&t at all. mmmm It is strange since i restored it and with the new 3.1.3, and with the updated baseband.
