Hey, I'm in the UK and I'm looking for a new desk for my Mac. I was thinking about a long desk maybe 2.5-3metres. This would go along the wall in our study below the window. I would have one side and my partner the other.

Alternatively, just two normal sized desks would be do if I can't find one of the above. Just throw some ideas at me, but they have to be available in the UK and not too expensive.

Lets see what you can come up with...

Thanks for that! I'll consider that one for sure.

Any other suggestions folks?

IKEA Galant

We have an IKEA Galant desk at home, and it works great. It is very affordable and easy to customize. You buy it in pieces from IKEA and assemble it yourself. You can buy whatever shapes and lengths you need--there are a variety of shapes and sizes available, and then you put it together. The assembly is easy, and it is very durable. We are quite satisfied.

Of course, IKEA makes a variety of desks and tables, but we particularly like the Galant.
