It has been doing this since I got it...and it does it without me making any contact with any of the side toggles. Any idea what I could do to fix?

Under factory warranty would they replace it? Also, I have AppleCare +, that wouldn't use up one of my two $50 replacements would it?

If there is no water (or any other) damage, it is covered under warranty. And no, it would not use up a $50 replacement. Is your ringer switch loose at all?

my 3GS does this too ... even without touching the switch.
Fairly certain the vibrate switch is shot.

Any of you have Assistive touch turned on?
I had that issue and when I turned it off the problem stopped.

My launch day iPhone 6 has been doing this for over a year now lol. I dropped it a few times so it was my fault, never in a case either.

Sometimes it won't do it for a week, and other times it does it all day. It's broke op, either live with the swtich or take it to Apple to get fixed. I lived with mine.
