Help please for random numbers appearing on Mac OS Catalina

These numbers with arrows just started appearing on my mac...in excel, google, any app I'm using...anyone have any idea what they are and how to remove them? Thanks!

I don't know what would cause this but I suspect Accessibility settings. You might want to check all of those settings to see if you may have inadvertently enabled something.

Look in System Preferences > Accessibility > Voice Control.
